About Me
I help people navigate pressure, change and uncertainty with greater clarity, confidence and choice.
My work sits at the intersection of physiology, behaviour change and performance. I draw on coaching, facilitation and Physical Intelligence to help people understand how pressure affects the nervous system, and how simple tools can support more effective responses.
My aim is practical: to help people notice what’s happening beneath the surface and create more choice in how they think, communicate and perform.
I’ve facilitated workshops, coaching and group programmes across corporate, community and professional settings, including work with international clients and programmes focused on pressure, performance and wellbeing.

Bespoke workshops for organisations, communities and groups, delivered online or in person. Sessions are tailored to the needs of the audience and offer practical, body-first tools to reduce stress, improve wellbeing and perform more effectively under pressure.

I facilitate group conversations, structured learning sessions and existing wellbeing or performance programmes. My role is to hold a clear, supportive space where people can think, contribute and turn learning into practical insight.

One-to-one coaching for people navigating pressure, facing change or feeling stuck. Together, we create space to pause, reflect and understand what’s happening beneath the surface, so you can move forward with greater clarity, confidence and choice.

How I Work
Pressure affects more than how we think. It influences our breathing, posture, attention, emotions and behaviour, often before we're aware of it. My work helps people understand those patterns and use simple, practical tools to respond more effectively. Whether through coaching, workshops or facilitation, the aim is the same: greater awareness, more choice and a better experience of life and work.
Small physical shifts can change how we think, feel and perform.
Body First
Most approaches focus on changing thoughts. I also work with the body. Learning to recognise physical signals can provide an earlier and often more effective route to change.
Practical Tools
Breathing patterns, movement, posture, attention and visualisation can all influence how we feel and respond. I focus on simple tools that can be used immediately in everyday situations.
Understanding Pressure
Drawing on physiology and coaching, I help people understand what influences thoughts, emotions and behaviour under pressure.
